Langenberg Law is conveniently located in Bella Vista NSW. The firm provides general practice law along with family law, conveyacing, wills and estate, power of attorney and enduring guardians.

Business Challenges

Langenberg Law was operating with traditional office infrastructure and network setup. The business needed to increase productivity by offering data security, antivirus & antimalware, and mobility. The hardware infrastructure was aging and required urgent attention with high performance machines.

The Solution

NK2IT provided Microsoft Office 365 package covering full featured licenses. The aged peripheral devices i.e. desktops, network switch, and data cables are also upgraded with future proof gears from HP and Cisco.
The budget allocated for the upgrade was limited. NK2IT ran special bid pricing with respective vendors which reduces the cost significantly. The client now have access to add more items in the bid as business is growing in coming years. NK2IT also offered monthly payment plan; hence client didn’t need to pay upfront. Monthly payments not only benefiting the initial costing but helping in tax deduction throughout the cycle.

Project Outcomes

NK2IT successfully migrated the client’s email to new Office 365 license package. Each machine has installed with enterprise class antivirus & antimalware license.
NK2IT’s engineer has provided training on Onedrive, Skype for business, email back-up etc. Client now has flexibility to work from anywhere, anytime with data availability. The productivity has grown considerably with better management of data.
NK2IT is now doing remote monitoring for the entire infrastructure. Most of the time client is advised before the disaster occurs.
