ACM Partners is a Sydney-based tax consultancy firm.
ACM’s data access and business productivity was limited by the slow network speeds and disrupted wifi.
The client was experiencing intermittent connectivity arising from a dated, inefficient centralised distribution system.
The client’s data storage and backup facilities were not suitable for the storage of critical documents.
They required NK2IT’s consultative SI approach to develop a holistic solution to their network and data storage limitations and support future growth aspects.
The finalised solution involved three-phase implementation of comprehensive storage, network and data cabling packages, and peripheral accessory upgrade.
NK2IT carried out network repair on an interim basis to minimise the impact of the upgrade on business productivity.
We remapped network and cabling distribution, sourced higher quality office PCs, and connected peripheral accessories to the new server.
We established a total of three backups – two on-premise backup facilities and one cloud-based, all of which are backed-up daily.
Intermittent wifi connectivity and limited range were resolved by repositioning the router and installing access points/wireless extenders throughout the client’s office.
ACM further requested NK2IT provide ongoing, comprehensive ICT support over a 24-36 month period.
ACM has provided positive evaluation of our work, and has expressed peace of mind that critical data is stored securely.
